An eligible item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery; approved return postage is paid by Topicals, including when the issue is damage, defect, error, or omission.

Change-of-mind exclusions apply to personalized merchandise, Final Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods, but verified quality and fulfillment problems remain protected.
