This policy explains how Topicals handles 30-day no-reason returns, exchanges, quality problems, refunds, and pre-shipment cancellations.

Your 30-Day Options

For eligible purchases from Topicals, the return or exchange request period remains open for 30 days from confirmed delivery.

Begin the request by emailing support@topicalsdew.shop; please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item.

No-Reason Return Exclusions

The no-reason program excludes personalized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and any opened item intended for intimate or hygiene-sensitive use.

Topicals will still address damage, defects, incorrect or incomplete orders, and rights that cannot lawfully be limited, even when the product category is normally excluded.

Who Pays for the Return

Topicals pays the return shipping for every approved no-reason return or exchange and will provide a prepaid label or an equivalent free return arrangement.

Topicals also bears all return shipping costs for damage, defects, quality concerns, wrong items, or missing items and components.

No restocking fee applies to an approved return or exchange handled under this policy.

Before and After Shipment

Cancellation is available only before the order ships. A shipped order must instead be handled through the Refund Policy procedures.

Refund Method and Timing

After approval and any required inspection, Topicals issues the refund to the original payment method; the credit must arrive within 5-10 business days.

Restocking fee: None.

For clarity, Topicals pays all approved return shipping for both no-reason returns or exchanges and verified quality-related returns.
